Delivery Policy
Delivery is available to the following San Diego communities: Coronado, Downtown, La Jolla, Mission Beach, Mission Hills, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, and Point Loma. For deliveries outside our delivery area; please call our Customer Services Department at (800) 281-5877.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Regardless of our posted business hours; we do deliveries seven days a week.
Holiday Deliveries
To help assure on-time delivery during busy holiday seasons, please place your order at least three days prior to the following major holidays: New Year’s Day; Valentine’s Day, Easter Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We are unable to accept orders for delivery to Post Office Boxes or APO’s.
Please make sure the patient is still in the hospital before scheduling a hospital delivery.
Changes to Your Order
We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
If you find it necessary to cancel or change a delivery date or address, simply call our Customer Service Department directly at (800) 281-5877.
Incorrect Shipping Information
You are ordering a perishable product. Your Floral Affair gift deliveries will be delivered to the address specified. In the event the recipient is unavailable, Your Floral Affair will leave a door note requesting the recipient to call (800) 281-5877 to schedule a pick up.
Your Floral Affair is not responsible for delivery to the individual recipient only to the address provided by the sender.
Incorrect shipping information may result in the product not being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped or redelivered products due to incorrect address information is the sender’s responsibility. You must provide the following information when placing an order:
Recipient’s name, telephone number, address –including zip code and suite or apartment number, is the delivery going to an office? Therefore, please double check all addresses information carefully before calling to place an order.
