Credit Card Processing
Your Floral Affair is an SSL secured site, so all transactions on our site are as secure as possible. Before proceeding with an order, we make an effort to obtain an authorization on your credit card at the point of sale. If there are any problems with securing and authorization, you will be notified as soon as possible via the phone or internet.
Sales Tax
Every Internet order you place with us will be charged a sales tax of 7.75%, applied to the amount of the order; regardless of the destination of your order.
Service Fees
Standard Service fee
Orders placed through this site have a service fee of $9.99 for plants and flowers delivered to the following areas: Coronado, Downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Mission Beach, Mission Hills, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, and Point Loma. For deliver charges to other areas, please contact our Customer Service Department (800) 281-5877.
Rush Orders
For deliveries requested within three hours from the placement of your order, a standard service fee of $9.99 will apply; plus $9.99 for rush service fee. This charge applies to all orders requesting delivery by 9:00 AM. For rush order deliveries, please contact our Customer Service Department (800) 281-5877.
Graveside Placement
For graveside placement, the delivery fee is $25.99. To place an order for graveside delivery; please contact our Customer Service Department (800) 281-5877.
Cruise Ports and Airports
The fee to deliver to cruise ship ports or airports is $25.99. To request a Cruise ship Port or an Airport delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department (800) 281-5877.
Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order for replacement or refund.
Flowers & Perishable Products
If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive replacement product, please contact our Customer Service Department (800) 281-5877.
Refunds
Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 30 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping cost will not be refunded. To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Department (800) 281-5877.
You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of us receiving your return.
